trying to boot out of safe mode how would i do this correctl

Specs: Windows 64
I HAD TO FORMAT MY ENTIRE D R F I DRIVES AND THE ROVERY DISK D HAD THE EXPLORER INTERNET ON IT IS THERE A WAY TO GET IT BACK WITHOUT PAYING FOR IT AND GET ME OUT OF SAFE MODE?

Please turn off the Caps Lock then post the exact make/model/model number of your computer. Explain why formatting was necessary, then explain how you did it. And what do you mean by "D R F I DRIVES"?

I'm surprised that your restore didn't include some version of internet explorer.

You can get IE 10 for Windows 7 SP1 (if that's what you have) from here:

Hi LOVEmyWorld31,

As rightly suggested by "riider", please provide more information about the issue.

If you want the system to come out of safe mode, click start > type run > open run> type msconfig > click ok> select the Boot tab. Uncheck Safe Boot and check Make all boot settings permanent. Click ok and reboot your computer. It may help you fix the safe mode issue.
