trouble with MS Office home & student 2010

I bought in tesco under the instruction of a microsoft rep a copy of office home and student 2010 product key he recomended that I uninstall the free 60 day tial 2007 then download the new software for 2010 since doing so nothing works on my usb pen anymore for excel which I really need the trouble seems to be with printing all that keeps popping up is microsft has stopped working followed by trying to find the problem followed by microsoft will let me know when a solution is avalible wished I had gone to pc world and bought the disk for 2007 Ive wasted £80 what a rubbish bit of advice from a microsoft rep.

I can see you really do need Office 2010 - really helps with punctuation ;-)

Anyway, you've downloaded & installed the program from Microsoft's website, were there any error messages as you were installing it? Have you tried going to Control Panel/Programs & features - select Office 2010 and then choose the 'repair' option.

I'm not too sure what you mean by 'nothing works on my usb pen anymore for excel'. Have you got Excel files that cannot be opened, or something different?
