How can I trash a file on my computer win.7 ultimate that the files name was changed it's original name was a common file

Normally you jut right click on the file Windows Explorer and select delete.

Explain what you mean by "the files name was changed it's original name was a common file." Changing a files name doesn't effect your ability to delete it and what is a common file?

I download a cartoon file which was called a common file, I changed the name of this file which was a name other then that. when I tried to dump it,it won't let me so I tried to change it back to :common file and it does'nt work.

The simplest thing is to try this free program:

From what I remember, once the program is installed you right click the file you wish to delete and this gives you the option to "move on boot". After you've done this and restarted it should be gone. There are more powerful programs available but try this first. Make darned sure it is definitely the file you downloaded and not some system file.
