There is a lot more to installing a application then what is contained in a setup.ini.

App that old will have great difficulty running on win7

You might start off with telling us if you have 64bit Windows 7. If yes then I doubt you will be able to get a W95 app to run.

If you do have 32 bit then start off by installing it using compatibility mode and try to run it in compatibility mode.

May be old enough to run in dosbox otherwise you will need to get a virtual machine of W95 or maybe up to Windows XP.

1/3 of highway deaths are caused by drunks. The rest are by people who can't drive any better than a drunk.
