Specs: Windows 7
Dismantled Toshiba Satellite Laptop to clear blockage in cooling fan, reassembled unit and reinstalled battery but found the touch pad has stopped working now have to use a external mouse connected through USB port. Any ideas on solving the problem would be appreciated.

✔ Best Answer
Did you enable the touchpad using the Fn + F9 keys?

Otherwise check that no connections have been disloged inside and let us have the model number of your Toshiba Satellite.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
