Turn on touchpad begin tapping F8 key, it should bring up Window advanced boot menu, select the option to boot into "safe mode with networking", it will eventually load to a stripped down version of with your log in, log in to your user. open a web browser and download malwarebytes. install malwarebytes, uncheck the real time trial offer, but let it update and run a full scan. When finished right click on a check box and select "check all items", then click to remove, you'll likely be asked restart at which time restart and let windows load normally into your account. There are other utilities to run, but this is a good start. link below:

If windows will not load, Tap F8 again when the computer is first turned on, and see if you have the option to "repair" the computer? If you do, select repair and see if windows can repair the startups to load windows properly again. Some manufacturers include this in the menu choices while others you need the windows 7 install disk or repair disk.

If all else fails you can do System Restore from Safe Mode (even command prompt) selecting a restore point before this issue.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
