Is it possible to recover deleted data that are deleted using shift delete combination in Windows 2007 Op[erating System.

yes you can try using open source software to recover data, but the success rate is low, your better off searching for a data recovery company.
It is quite expense, a key word in IT is always backup, no offense but everyone learns the hard way :P

Almost every day people come to this forum asking for help with recovering data that was lost due to drive failure, accidental or malicious file deletion, malware, etc. This is because they have not learned one basic lesson: you must always have a backup of important files. Some people (who have leaned this lesson) have 2 or more backup copies of particularly important files and keep them in different locations. Trusting important files to a single point of failure is asking for trouble.

There are utilities that can recover deleted files but the success rate varies inversely with the time since deletion and the system activity during that time. It is critical that as little data as possible be written to the drive in question. Once data is overwritten it is beyond all possibility of recovery. It is best to recover data using a utility on a live CD or attaching the drive to another computer. And don't even think about recovering data to the same drive.
