After you unzipped it, did you open the main folder & sub folder & then read the "readme" file?

"The installation of Motorola Bluetooth stack is provided as a separate installation package. To start installation run the BluetoothSetup.exe program and follow the installation wizard instructions.

Note: Windows administrative permissions are required for Motorola Bluetooth installation.

After installation wizard has completed and all necessary files are copied to the system, Motorola Bluetooth Tray icon is shown in System Tray and My Bluetooth icon is placed to the desktop.

Note: When launched, the product will attempt to authorize the copy of the software over the Internet. This is done as a background task without user notification.

To uninstall Motorola Bluetooth stack run un-installation wizard and make system reboot to ensure that the product is completely uninstalled."

I'm going to assume you have Win7 x64. Redownload the bluetooth driver from the MSI website, unzip it, then run BlueToothSetup.

Lets make sure this side of things is clean.

More steps will be needed, after I see the results of these logs.

Step 1: Run AdwCleaner

Tutorial
http://general-changelog-team.fr/en...
Close all open programs and internet browsers.
Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
Click Scan
In the results tabs, uncheck anything you don't want to remove.
Click on Cleaning.
Confirm each time with Ok.
Your computer will be rebooted automatically. A text file will open after the restart.
Please Copy & Paste the contents of that logfile with your next answer.
You also can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner [C1 or later].txt as well.
