Task scheduler interactive mode issue

Specs: Windows 7
Seriously I hope that any guru out there can help me on this.

I have an application that require administrator rights. However, due to company policy, user only have standard access for Windows 7. I manage to use the task scheduler to run the application using an administrator account but according to Microsoft, the "Run whether user is logged in or not" will not be interactive. Meaning to say, I won't be able to view the application running. I tried to check the windows process using administrator rights and was able to that the application is indeed running. However, the user is not able to view the application.

Is there any other way to run the application without prompting for administrator password in Windows 7? Thanks in advance.
