Solved system restore windows 7

Hi can I do a system restore and somehow put my own date in because the only date it shows is yesterday?? Please help...thanks

No, the only restore point that currently exists is the yesterday one. You can't put your own date in, they just don't exist.

Yes indeed, restore points each contain data that was stored at that date. Even if you could change the date it would not make any difference to the contents.

When you opened System Restore at the lower left corner their is a box to check -- Show more restore points. Did you click that ?
