Svn doesnot start service

October 8, 2012 at 00:41:45
Specs: Windows 7
I have successfully build the module 'authz_svn_module' and generated the file mod_authz_svn.so and replaced in /bin folder of visual svn server. While starting the visual svn server, Visual svn server throw the below error massage....

"VisualSVNServe.exe:Syntax error on line 32 of /visualSVNServe/conf/httpd.conf: API module structure 'authz_svn_module' in file /bin/mod_authz_svn.so is garbled- expected signature 41503232 but saw 41503230- perhaps this is not an Apache module DSO, or was compiled for a different Apache version?"

Thanks,

The error message seems fairly clear. Try rebuilding Apache using the same version of the source code that you used for the module.

Thanks for your reply...
I want to generate a module to handle apache hooks.
for e.g:
I have created a module as "helloworld.so". but when am trying to load that module in visualsvn server..., the visualsvn server not getting started.

Is any other binaries need to change when am trying to change the module code or any other setting to need.
I am using following configuration:
visualsvn server 2.0
apache 2.0
While starting visual svn server throw an error message "
"VisualSVNServe.exe:Syntax error on line 32 of /visualSVNServe/conf/httpd.conf: API module structure 'authz_svn_module' in file /bin/mod_hello_world.so is garbled- expected signature 41503232 but saw 41503230- perhaps this is not an Apache module DSO, or was compiled for a different Apache version?"
Thanks,
