Status 0xc000000f - Windows 7 does not start

Hey I need some help guys!
I have an Acer Aspire 7738G and the other day, while the computer was hybernated, I touched the button that starts the Acer Arcade Deluxe Programm, which I never use. The programm started and I ended it, whereas the computer went back to hybernation.
Since then I can not start my Windows 7.
As soon as I start, a screen pops up that says 'Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software chage might be the cause'. It advices to use the windows recovery CD and says
STATUS 0xc000000f
Info: 'the boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible'.
Now I can still start the Acer Arcade Deluxe programm with this button, but nothing else.
I changed the boot preference and was then able to use my recovery CD. The first time it worked throughout a whole night and said afterwards that one mistake is fixed and everything is ok, when i restart. Unfortunately this is not the case and everything is as it is.
The recovery CD now does the analysis in a few minutes, but says that it can not fix the problem. The start manager is not there or damaged it says.
I need to get the start-up fixed instead of making a recovery to a former status, as I would loose a lot of valuable data.
Can sombody help me?

Does your recovery CD offer the option for a Start Up Repair? If so use it. Did you make a Windows repair CD when the machine was working? if you did, use that to do a start up repair. You use a repair CD made from another Windows 7 machine as long as they are both the same (32bit or 64bit) and use that to do the start up repair.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

First of all thanks for your support!
I used the recovery CD with Start Up Repair, but doesn't work.
Repair CD and Recovery CD are the same, aren't they?
Acer Arcade is some kind of media program to show pics and play videos& music.
Seems to work independent from Windows.
I have the following options:
- go into boot sector
Use the recovery CD and
- load a driver manually from the CD (could be best option, if I would know which one)
- make the automatic reparation for the start process (which doesn't work)
- recover an old system status (where I would loose data if it even works at all)
- open a DOS window (or which looks like that and there i can do whatever)
Any suggestions?

If Acer Archade Deluxe can run without Windows, it could be a Linux based program just like Asus Express Gate which lets you browse internet without Windows loading.

I suggest you get help either from Acer or Linux gurus.
