Some keys not working.

Specs: Windows 7
Hi.

I have a Toshiba P200 with the numeric keys on the right. After installing Windows 7 the Question Mark and the numbers 5 and 7 on the numeric key pad does not work. All the numbers on top, like a normal laptop works fine. My biggest frustration is the question mark and forward slash that is on the same key that doesn't work. I have tried the Control panel - Region Language - making sure all that is correct and still the problem isn't fixed.

Help would be greatly appreciated.
