smart hard disk error

Specs: Windows 7
the SMART hard disk check has detected an imminent failure. to ensure not data loss please backup the content immediately and run the hard disk test in system diagnostic.
no bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key and had trouble with internet being slow just had work done on it 10/9/2013 came back with a 2nd hard drive with it saying the same thing

So, are you saying you had a NEW hard drive installed and you are now seeing the same SMART alert as you had with your old hard drive? Are you sure they changed the drive out?

I have no idea if they had or haven't the old hard drive stopped me from logging in this was Wal-Mart add warranty on it the company had to work on it
and it will not let me do a hard drive test on it but the other test had let me and my back-up that I had mad right after I got it back was missing files so it did not back up tried that did not work they had it for 7 to 10 days and it was back
hard disk 1 fault hard disk 1 smart (301) will not let windows 7 start up at all
