Skype website will not display properly

Specs: Windows 7 Professional
The Skype website will not display properly on one of my user's computer. It just displays text, no images. Other websites display properly. The Skype website displays like this in both Internet Explorer 9 and Chrome. It does not appear to have anything to do with a corporate firewall or web filter as other workstations at this location display the website with no problems. Any ideas? Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi AnneB,

As you mentioned that the issue persists on different browsers, it may not be an issue with the browser.

Please uninstall and re-install Adobe Flash and Java which may fix the issue with the website.

Also, you may troubleshoot the issue by performing clean boot using the link mentioned below:

I did uninstall and reinstall both Flash Player and Java with the same result. I've also uninstalled both Chrome and IE9 and reinstalled them with the same results. The Skype website will not display and Skype will not connect.
