The solution to this problem of having the right side of the Cassette Mate control panel cut off in Windows 7 is a very simple fix on my computer. See if it works for you. No need to download anything. Go to your desktop and right click to bring up a menu box and click on "Screen Resolution." Click on "Screen Resolution" to open that window. You will see three boxes labeled "Display," "Resolution" and "Orientation." None of those will help, but below that section, you will see two lines of print and the top one says "Make Text And Other Items Larger Or Smaller." Click on that. There you will find 3 options to click on: "Smaller," "Medium," and "Larger." Mine stays on "Medium" but when I click on "Smaller." (which is 100% rather than 125%) and then "Apply" it asks me if I want to log off now or later. When I log off and back on again, things on my screen will be smaller and the entire Cassette Mate control panel becomes visible. I hope it works for you as well as it does for me.
