Show Domain on Welcome Screen

I am working with Windows 7 and am fairly new to it. We've set a GP to not show the last logged in user on the Welcome Screen, which works fine.

However, I want the Domain to show in the third line like it does in the Windows Classic option.

I thought maybe it had something to do with the msgina.dll, but I can't figure out how to edit that to add the Domain login. (So that the user actually see the domain name.)

Google hasn't helped either, as nothing I've found nothing applies to Domain computers.

Any help with this would be much appreciated. Thanks, folks.

Edit: The System information filled in automatically.. This is indeed for Windows 7, not XP. Thanks...

I guess it could have been possible that when the system was installed a custom welcome was created. It should show domain name if there is more than one choice maybe.
