Hi

I experienced an unexpected power outage today and the computer turned off suddenly (Turns out that the battery wasn't connected to the UPS properly and the system did not switch to the UPS.)

Well what I want to know is can the power outage cause any problems to the OS. Everything is running OK. Should I reinstall Windows? There is one thing tough. The Hard Drive indicator on the System Casing is blink more frequently then usual.

Should I worry about anything. This happened before and the problem solved after a Reinstall of Windows. However everything else is Ok. The system is running like it should.

What are your opinions?

if its all working your ok, but yes a power outage can cause problems so best use the win7 system image to make a backup of your whole system, will install much faster if you ever need it

i hate computers!
