Shortcut from All Programs deleted!

So, I deleted a shortcut of a program from the all programs list (accidently - don't ask :P), and now I can't access the program. It's still there (program files etc), I just can't use/get to it. How do I undo the delete and put the program back in the all programs list? I'm operating on Windows 7 as well. Any help appreciated :)

If all you deleted was the shortcut, simply navigate to the folder of the actual file, right click it, and select create shortcut. Next drag that shortcut to the start menu.
