Newer integrated video systems dynamically steal system memory. As long as the BIOS is set to allocate RAM automatically (which is the default setting), the video driver will decide how much VRAM it needs based on the program(s) running. Fire up a game and the driver will steal a few hundred meg to use as VRAM. Close the game and the driver will return that memory to the system.
