Specs: Windows 7

Hi, I have Samsung laptop. it came with windows 8, I downgraded to win 7 2 years ago and it was working perfectly fine. but suddenly now I am seeing this error SECURE BOOT VIOLATION , INVALID SIGNATURE DETECTED.CHECK SECURE BOOT POLICY IN SETUP - OK. Now when i press ok it takes me to the BIOS. The problem is my UP and DOWN arrow keys doesnt work in in Advanced ,security and boot tab, but they are working in Exit tab. Now i cannot change or disable the secure boot . Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Look at the bottom of the BIOS screen you are trying to navigate in. It may tell you what keys to press to get to the next item and it may not be the up/down keys at all that you need to press.

It might be the spacebar, plus/minus keys or right/left arrow keys you need to use.

Hi Phil, thanks for your reply. I have checked in BIOS, up and down arrow keys suppose to work , but they are not :( .

I have tried external keyboard from USB, but it doesnt work. I tried pressing f8 to boot in safe mode as well but this message pops up and doesnt allow me to do anything. all it says press ok, and once i press ok, it takes me to BIOS.
