Script CMD help

Specs: Windows 7
I installed a russian alphabet (Cyrillic(KO18-R) encoding) using this *.cmd I installed it on two computers and it f---ed one computer up but somehow I managed to fix it but couldn't remove it unfortunately and I'm afraid it is still going to be causing me troubles. I can't find it anywhere to uninstall it and I really need to get rid of it, from both computers.

The OS on one is windows 7 Home 64-bit
The OS on the other is windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit

I was wondering if you guys could tell me where I can uninstall it or the formula I could put in a cmd or batch file to get rid of it, it would be very much appreciated, I've already tried system restore and that one didn't work.

This is what the cmd included:

@echo off
pushd %SystemRoot%\System32

Ignoring the fact that it was a script that caused the problem, "My Windows is now all Russian!" sounds more like a Windows problem than a scripting question. Moving to Windows 7.

Also, you overwrote C_1250.NLS C_1252.NLS C_1253.NLS C_1254.NLS and C_1255.NLS. I have no idea what they are, nor what they do.

EDIT: Probably should have changed the title to, "Windows went Russian" before I moved it. Oh well.
