Specs: Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit, AMD Phenom II X3, 2GB RAM
After upgrading to windows 7 I found that SOME programs' windows stretch out of my screen such as avast and virtualbox and others... I have single CRT display and tried changing resolution and refresh rate and compatibility settings but not fixed.
note that the versions I have say that they are fully compatible with Windows 7

What resolution are you using? Try INCREASING your resolution, a higher resolution will 'shrink' things down to fit better. Also if a window is on 'minimize' but is stretched very large, clicking 'maximize' will 'open' it to the exact dimensions of your desktop (I know it seams backwards, but that's the way it is).

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

I tried but every time I restart these programs it comes back
I saw a dialog box very "long" from the sides that I can't see the ok button.
I thing it's something related to font size or encoding..
