Schedule meetings from the web

Specs: Windows XP
I just programmed a meeting planner on our intranet. They would like to have a check box to click on the time in the meeting planner and then have that time come up in Outlook to schedule a meeting. Can this be done?

How did you program a meeting planner? Do you mean you installed a meeting planner? If so, would you be so kind as to specify which one?

No, I programmed a meeting planner in Javascript from scratch. It wasn't easy.

Now, my bosses want me to put a checkmark next to the meeting times so the user can click on it. When the user does, they want it to appear in the calendar under Outlook. I was looking at .ics.
