You can't. Re-install whichever OS you prefer and recreate the User account.

It depends if you actually deleted (overwritten by installation) or if you actually installed to a different partition and just lost the option to boot to it since XP overwrote the boot sector. If the second, this is normal when installing an older OS after a newer one, just do a start up repair from a Windows 7 repair disk, install disk, or a recovery disk. If the first, then you will need to reinstall it completely.
DO NOT be fooled by the fact that XP says it is on C drive, this IS NORMAL, it will ALWAYS consider the partition it is on as C drive (later name them to reduce confusion, for now use the size of the drives (partitions) to determine which is which). Just try the repair first, if it detects the installation, it can repair it and give you the dual boot option, just go slow and select the correct options.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Then there is way more wrong. User accounts just do not get deleted by any install.

1/3 of highway deaths are caused by drunks. The rest are by people who can't drive any better than a drunk.

Jefro: I am going under the assumption that the OP cannot see W7 at all after installing XP so he/she is saying the user account is gone, but I believe that the ability to boot to W7 is just gone with the W7 boot manager so just repairing Windows 7 start up should get everything back as it was but as a dual boot.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
