Different computer makes use different methods of restoring Windows so it is difficult to give an exact answer if you don't provide the make & model of your computer. One thing you can try is to start up the computer and as soon as the first thing appears on the screen start tapping the F8 key. This should bring up a menu and one of the options should be 'Repair My Computer', select this option (using the cursor keys) and then go through the screens until you get to a list of ways of repairing your computer - hopefully one near the bottom will give an option to do a complete restore.

Yeah post back the model of the computer or check its manual. You can probably restore it from a second partition on the hard drive or with restore disks from the manufacturer. You will lose everything you've added so you'll want to copy off anything you want saved before restoring it.

If for some reason you are unable to do factory restore then we could look at the issues you are having instead.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
