Restore Packard Bell EasyNote TJ68 laptop to factory setting

Hi ive bought a second hand tj68 easynote laptop from a friend she tried to restore in back to factory settings but had no disc ive bought a disc which my daughter ran through lap top but now says needs a code to get web cam, words etc back on to it ive rang several numbers trying to get it but nothing .So im trying to see if you can maybe help me out stop me from stressing please .Thankyou .

As regards "Word" I imagine the restore disk has a copy of some sort of Word Starter Edition incorporated. It seems surprising that it needs a code but the best thing is to ask Packard Bell about this (I assume you got the restore disk from them). There's no legal way we can get around passwords on here.

It is unusual to require any sort of code to start a webcam - let us know the exact question it is asking you about this. On some laptops you have to press a particular key to start a webcam. Have you a manual because it might be mentioned there?
