Restore Acer laptop back to manufacture specs

I am trying to reboot my computer back to manufactor specs could you please help me on which F button to push I have done F8 F10 and nothing is working thanks alot Lisa

what do you mean by back to specs?
you cannot reset a computer to change the specs, specifications are entirely down to hardware, ram, graphic cards etc.

but to get to the boot menu push "esc" within first 3 secs of boot, or F12, F11 or F8 or F9 or F2 Or F1.
if this still will not work, call customer service.

Did your computer come with a recovery CD?

1,Click “Start” menu.

2,Click “Programs.”

3,Click “Acer Recovery Management.”

4,Click the “Restore” button on the bottom of the dialog box that opens.

5,Click “Restore System to Factory Default.”

6,Click “Yes” in the warning dialog box which asks if you wish to continue the recovery process.

7,Click “Start” to restore the computer to the default factory settings.
