Specs: Windows 7
I am trying to respoond to an email but says there are 5 attachments. There are no attachments.
How can I respond to the email? I have tried removing all logos, icons and pictures contained in the company footer of the received email.

Well, since Windows 7 does not include email software, it may help if you told us what email software you are using.

You should be able to reply to an email whether it contains attachments or not. When you click the "Reply" button, any attachments are ignored, only the sender's text is included.

On this side of the pond Windows 7 still comes with IE bundled. That said, we still need to know the email client.

I am not that "computer literate" as you can probably tell. I am using the Outlook which came with my PC which had Windows 7 installed. I believe it is the latest version of Outlook. On checking Outlook's site and help on the wweb, my screen is totally different to that shown. The only options I have at the top are - Next, Reply, Delete, Action, Junk, Categories. I can't even seem to print a simple email out! I do not have all the formating tools I used to have. My email is a Hotmail account which comes up with Outlook - but don't ask me how that came about - it just did.
I am totally confused and getting annoyed and frustrated. To print an email I have to copy and paste it to a word document! How stupid is that!!
