removing walmart passwords on compuers

Specs: Windows XP, 2.1GHz 4gigs of ram
Hi..I bought a toshia L675 laptop that was used for display...it has a admin and user password on it and nobody at the store knows the admin password or user password (I am a employee)..How or what can I do to remove this..

keep bugging walmart untill they give you the password (they would have a STANDARD password they use on all PC's that are on display), or contact toshiba tech support and explain your dilema, they should be able to help you.

Unfortunately so many laptops are stolen anymore and the passwords are the only thing preventing thieves from re-selling them.

Just to let you know, there are NO PROGS for sale that can crack those passwords.

Alternatively, just ask for your money back. Clearly this is not acceptable sales practice.
