There are hundreds of ways to access a system by remote. Generally one starts off with remote desktop connection if it is supported or goes to a third party software like logmein or vnc

mtsf45, it may not have been clear that the first word was a link to a search page for ideas and ways to look up. You built in help and support pages are also a start.

I think a new user may best benefit from a commercial remote application even if they have to pay for it. Their products may be slightly easier for most people.

I am beginning to think that more than a few people do not see or don't realize when a link is posted and that they should click on the link. Not sure if it is an issue with them not wanting to go to an ad of some kind or some browser issue.

Links here are kind of subtle. I kinda think there should be more of a contrast, like the double underline ad links.
