Specs: Windows 7 Ultimate N 64 Bit, Intel Core i5 650@3.2ghz
When I connect to one server, every time I connect, I receive a "Save As" window, with a document titled "Remote Desktop Redirected Printer Doc.pdf". I am running Windows 7 64-bit connecting to Server 2003. I can not seem to find a setting to prevent this popup from displaying when connecting to this server.

✔ Best Answer
Check remote desktop application settings. Options -> Local Resources -> Printers checkbox should be unchecked. I don't know the source of problem but this help in my case to avoid annoying 'Redirected Docs' in printing queue.

BTW, if you need to redirect local printer into RDP session I'd recommend you to use third-party software, like Printer for Remote Desktop

That did resolve my issue. But what makes it strange: I RDP into two remote machines. They both had the Printers option checked under local resources, and I get the Redirect Printer message when I connect to one, but not the other.
