Solved Recycle Bin takes 15 seconds to open up

Specs: Windows 7 Pro, 16 gig of Ram
What could be causing this. It used to come up immediately when I clicked on the icon on my desktop. Could it be the anti-virus software checking it out before it allows it to open?

Usually happens if you've added any hard drives (esp external ones) and they've gone to sleep. The delay is caused by the wake-up time since there's a separate database of deleted files on every drive.

Could also be a very full Recycle Bin, a very full disk, a very fragmented disk, or insufficient RAM (unlikely if it used to be OK) - or any combination of these factors.
