Solved Reboot to exit safe mode

Specs: Windows 7
My computer (Windows7 ) is in safe mode and I have been advised to reboot it to exit this but I do not have a dis can you help olease?

Simply shut the computer down using the start menu shutdown option, and then turn the system back on with the external power button. It should default back to normal operation, assuming that it doesn't fail to boot due to a different problem. You don't need the disk.

Reboot just means to turn the computer off then on again. A lot of folk nowadays seem to mix this up with factory restore. This explains it all:
