Specs: Windows XP, 4 GB
How do I transfer my documents that are already on a flash drive to my new computer?

Does it matter that my old computer's operating system is XP and that my new computer's operating system is Windows 7?

Just copy them in explorer. No it doesn't matter - all that matters is your new machine has a program that can read the documents (eg, MS word if they are word documents).

Thank you for your response, Steve. This is, probably, a stupid question, but where in Internet Explorer do I copy the documents?

Not Internet Explorer, Windows Explorer. Press the Windows key (the one between the Ctrl and the Alt key) and the E key at the same time to launch Explorer.
