program trying to start on starting Windows 7

Specs: Windows 7
i'm getting a program trying to start up when starting windows 7, when i open the selection on wordpad i get the following:

And the problem is? That sounds like a legitimate hardware item that may be pooched. If you eventually get into Windows go to Device Manager and see if the network controller is working properly.

Do you have a laptop?

Did you recently install Windows? If so, you need to also install motherboard drivers, including the network (LAN) drivers.

you could also stop the program from starting up in msconfig, if your machine runs fine without it.

i hate computers!
but cant help myself....
