✔ Best Answer
Run Autoruns ( http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/... ) from Microsoft. This lists all files, not only those in Startup folder, that start when Windows starts. Find and uncheck the box for Office Starter or whatever. Uncheck only those startup files that you know about otherwise, your computer may become unstable or unable to start the next time you boot.

You must run Autoruns with an account with admin privileges.
