Please help me

Problem started after adding new RAM

After crashing when system restarts it gives me below error:

hyper transfer flood error occurred on last boot.

And when i login this message comes

4GB DDR3 RAM ( 2+2)

and no service packs...

Is it still the same if you restore the RAM to what it was before?

I had this problem earlier also but when i formatted my pc it was not occurring.After insert new RAM it again started....

And sometimes screen struck and vertical yellow color remains till i restart my PC.

By the i will check restoring RAM
