Printer holding on to jobs after printing completes

October 18, 2013 at 13:47:57
Specs: Windows 7
TM-T88IV printer drivers Win7.
I need the printer to cut after a second printing of the same receipt. It keeps the print job in the que to where you have to manually delete the extra jobs. Then it will cut the paper. Is there a setting I am missing in the printer configuration to correct the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know your printer. Have you tried opening all Tabs and clicking Default ? If so go back to see if any changes were made you don't won't. If you have a home network I don't know if default would do harm. I wouldn't hurt to write down the ports being used. Click OK or Apply as needed.

It looks like its a reciept printer. The issue is probably software driven. If its for a bigger company you will probably need to get ahold of the tech support. Otherwise what software are you using to print with? Is it your own, or a readymade setup.
