Print spooler servieces autmatically stop

Specs: Windows XP
I am facing a problem ie when i give a print command , print out is not come while i see the printer option, there are no any printer define hence it is already installed. now i check the spooler service, it is stop and not run automatically, when i start it, within a moment it was stop again, how can i resolve this issue permanent. i using Win7 and also WinXP

When you stop the spooler service, are you clearing the queue?

If not, clear it this way. Open a Run window (Windows Logo key+R), type cmd and press Enter. Now type these commands followed by the Enter key, which are in capitals for clarity only:
