Specs: Windows 64
Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome won't connect to the internet or something, it says there's an error or something.

Only Internet Explorer works, but that sucks.
(Windows 7)

"it says there's an error or something."

Please be more specific about the error to give us a clue where to look for the cause of the problem.

Hi,

If this issue started occurring after doing some recent software changes on your computer, then I would suggest you to restore your system back to a date when it was working fine. System Restore will affect Windows system files, programs, and registry settings only.

For System Restore steps, you can refer to the URL mentioned: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/...

Thanks & Regards

Hi Melissa,

Glad to hear from you.

Firstly, I’d suggest you to uninstall the antivirus program and try to perform a system restore and check if that fixes the issue.

Refer the link below for more on uninstalling programs:

Uninstall or change a program
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/...

If the above steps do not help, try doing a system restore from safe mode and check if that works fine.

Refer the below link for more details on starting your computer in safe mode:

Start your computer in safe mode

Let us know if this helps!

Thanks & Regards
