Hi everyone!
Is it possible to play flash without flash-player installed?

I completely disagree with the fact that it is impossible to do.
Often I need to convert flash to executable file. If you want do this quickly, you can use a program that is designed for such a conversion, it is flajector.
Or you can go another way and pack files with the f-in-box.

There are ways to play swf files but at some point you need some application. Dunno if they made it a portableapp yet. See portableapps.com or portablefreeware.com

Text, talk, drive...CRASH.

In particular see the link to Adobe Flash Player Projector for Windows. I realise you didn't want Flash Player but this is quite different. It is a single stand alone file that requires no install. You just associate your files to it (if necessary) and away you go. I use if for swf files.

It all depends what you are trying to do, what file types you want to run and your reasons. If you are wanting to run flash stuff online then this won't help.
