PCDLIB32.dll is missing

Samsung / N220

Specs: Windows 7
Transferring Family Tree softwear and my family tree file from my main XP PC to my new Windows 7 netbook for portability worked, but when i try to boot up the family tree softwear, this error message appears, and when I try to boot up my family tree file, it asks me what softwear I would like to open it with and does NOT list the family tree softwear i'm using!

Any thoughts?

You can't "transfer" an application or program from one PC to another without re-installing it where you want it using the setup CD. That's why the file is missing.
