Did anything happen to it or did you make any changes between the last time it worked OK and the first time it didn't? Are you certain you got everything reconnected right when you replaced the power supply? Are you sure the power supply is sufficient for your system?

With the power cord removed, open the case and temporarily disconnect all the drives and remove any unnecessary add-on cards. Remove any external USB devices that may be connected. Then plug it back in and start it up. If you get the normal posting or logo screen then likely one of the disconnected items is at fault.

If all the above checks out OK it's probably the motherboard.
