Path variable not found

Specs: Windows 7
In my environment variables there are no lines called Path directly - only one called class path. Is this the right one?

I get the message: System Path variable not found. There I go to the environment variables to find the Path but no pathlines are called "Path". There is only a line called Class Path and also one called ComSpec C:\Windows\System32\cmd exe. Maybe I have to create a new pathline?

Thanks for your answar but I am still in doubt about what to do.

Should I create a new path called "path" because now I have only one path called

Class Path and another called ComSpec where the variable resembles the values for

Path in other computers than mine.

"I get the message: System Path variable not found"

You're not explaining what you're doing to cause the message to be displayed.

"In my environment variables there are no lines called Path directly"

Of course not. Do you know what a path is?
