Internet Explorer is known to be full of bugs and vulnerabilities, personally I am not sure what could be causing this.
look at the top right hand side of Internet explorer, click on the button underneath the big x. It should look like a cog wheel of sorts. Next, click on internet options; it is the second to last item to come up on the drop menu.An application should pop up called Internet Options. I want you to click on the tab called Advanced, it is the last tap in the application to pop up.
You should see Settings, with a scroll down box, underneath that box, you should see Restore advanced settings and under that Reset.
I want you to click on Reset...
Another box will come up, I want you to check the box that says Delete personal Settings, and click Reset.
Yet another small box will pop up that says Reset Internet Explorer Settings, after everything has a green check mark in it and it gives you the option to close the box instead of cancel, I want you to click on close. If you have UAC (User Account Control) you have a box come up giving you a warning about making changes, just click yes. Exit out of internet explorer, restart your computer, and after your computer loads up again I want you to pull up internet explorer. everything should be working as it should now, if not then install another web browser (Opera, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, or Google Chrome).
