are you sure you have a Packard Bell? They went out of business a long time ago. Just asking.

Sell it to the antichrist!

There is a set of keys strokes that can be used for now. Press and hold alt key and then type in the two numbers 5 then 4 and release the alt key. A 6 should be printed.

Can use virtual keyboard too or a clipboard or other hot key assignment.

Basically you can't do much with a laptop. One may try to change keyboards but it isn't 100% certain to be the cause. Consider an external keyboard.

Why did it take me over a year to phone in a problem to ATT?
