Outlook.com will not save my password!

Specs: Windows 7, 6 GB
I have to repeatedly log into my email account at Outlook.com. I tick the "save password" box. It will save it for awhile and then at some point I will have to log in again.
any ideas?

no, that won't work. it's not the email program Outlook or Outlook Express. it's website-based email at www.outlook.com.

Do you have cookies enabled on your browser? You might also try going in to your browsers settings and deleting all cookies, passwords and history.

I guess I found the solution. someone told me to tick the box under autocomplete to save names and passwords. that seems to be working. I don't get it though, because under the delete browing history options I didn't tick the box to delete saved passwords... I figured that would be enough???
