Option to burn Win 7 System Recovery on USB Flash Drive

Specs: Windoze 7 64bit, Intel i5 3.00 Ghz 8 Gigs RAM
I've created a set of System Recovery DVDs (4 discs) from an identical laptop.

Now I am reading where the OS install will go much faster if I use a USB.

How? Windoze 7 doesn't have the option to burn to USB, only DVD.

I don't think there would be a gigantic speed difference if you used the DVD's, just takes a bit longer to read DVD's that's all. If you were doing this regularly it would be a different ball game.

See this, but by the time you've done all that it would probably still be quicker to use the DVDs you've already made:

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
