You need to set the CD-ROM drive as the first boot device in BIOS Setup on your laptop. Then re-install Windows by booting your laptop from the Windows 7 DVD or the Recovery disc.

"if it is a BIOS problem as they tald me..."

I'd be suspicious of who told you this, as it appears more like a dead CMOS battery than anything in the BIOS itself. If Windows ran before and you didn't make any changes to the BIOS, then it's highly unlikely something could have changed itself. If the CMOS battery dies, then all parameters of the hard drive would be lost; appearing like the drive failed (which could also be a possibility---but since you state that Linux saw the drive, not very much of one). Replace the battery and correct the drive configuration(s) before attempting to do a BIOS-update (which could render the machine useless if done improperly)

okay then you mean that i can change the CMOS battery and that could be the problem?
but i didnt understand, the CMOS when it dies all the settings will be gone , so how can the linux be installed and seen and the windows can not?
why windows can not be re-installed but linux can be?

Change the battery as suggested... the BIOS settings will return to their default state. More than likely you won't notice any difference. Try it and find out, It will certainly save time waiting for a reply here.
